Jennifer Palacio

Jennifer Palacio is a seasoned nursing professional currently serving as a Senior RN Case Manager at Optum since December 2022. Concurrently, Jennifer holds the position of Nurse Navigator at Hartford HealthCare and Nurse Case Manager at Windham Group, both roles undertaken since May 2022 and June 2021, respectively. Prior experience includes working as an RN case manager at Gallagher Bassett and as an RN field case manager at Coventry Health Care. Jennifer's background in workers' compensation nursing began with a role as an RN medical case manager at Travelers. Educationally, Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University and has completed nursing programs at Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing and Goodwin College. Currently, Jennifer is pursuing postgraduate degrees in Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University.
