Naima Kassem

Naima Kassem is an accomplished senior manager with extensive experience in project management and consultancy, currently serving at Windkracht 5 since November 2022, focusing on accelerating the energy transition. Previously, Naima contributed to Enexis Groep for over 13 years, holding various leadership roles including Manager of the X-team and Manager of Enexis Training & Opleiding, where leadership and effective project management were key responsibilities. Naima's career began with Edon as a trainee, progressing through significant positions at Essent, leading teams and managing projects. Naima holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Technical Business Administration and multiple coaching qualifications, currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Development.
