Pankaj Tripathi

Pankaj Tripathi is an experienced engineer with a focus on heat treatment processes. Currently employed at Windlass Engineers & Services since March 2017, Pankaj specializes in defining processes such as Normalizing, Hardening, Tempering, Stress Relieving, and Nitriding to achieve desired mechanical properties, along with planning and handling Liquid Carburizing and Gas Boronizing processes. Prior to this role, Pankaj worked as a heat treatment engineer at Kisaan Steels Pvt Ltd Ghaziabad from November 2015 to February 2017.
