Matt Auste is currently the Managing Director of Asset Management at WindMass Capital, where he manages a large multifamily portfolio in Texas. Prior to this role, he held various positions at companies such as PGIM Real Estate, Bank OZK, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and RBC Capital Markets, where he gained experience in managing multi-billion dollar portfolios, securitization, and leveraged finance. Matt holds a BBA in Finance, an MBA in Real Estate, Finance, Strategy & Entrepreneurship, and has also completed an MBA Summer Abroad program in Economics and Strategy at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic.
