Alexander Petric

Alexander Petric is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, solutions architecture, and security engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success & Solutions at Windmill since September 2024, Alexander previously held the position of V.P. Solutions and Solutions Architect at Inpher, Inc., where responsibilities included designing software and defining product requirements from November 2015 to October 2024. Prior to that, Alexander worked at Open Systems AG as a Security Engineer and Technical Account Manager, focusing on highly technical customer interactions. Alexander's expertise in security software development was demonstrated during a Master’s thesis at Omnisec AG, which involved the implementation of a PKI system, supplemented by relevant internship experience at IBM. Alexander holds a Master of Science in Communication Systems from EPFL and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
