Stuart Cooper

Stuart Cooper is an experienced development professional with a strong background in urban planning and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Windmill Development Group since August 2021, Stuart previously held key positions, including Director of Planning at Collecdev, where part of the founding team and Senior Leadership Team, contributing to multiple award-winning mixed-use redevelopment projects. With extensive experience in large and complex projects encompassing affordable housing, heritage preservation, and geo exchange heating and cooling systems, Stuart has a solid educational foundation, including a Master's Degree in Urban Planning from York University and an Executive Education Certificate in Successful Business Negotiating Strategies from Schulich School of Business.
