Akshata Bhandare

Akshata Bhandare is an experienced professional in human resources and management, currently serving as Director & Location Head for India & UAE at Windmill since March 2023. Prior to this role, Akshata held positions as HR Manager at Aligned Automation from July 2022 to February 2023, and at Windmill from May 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities encompassed HR & Location Head, Assistant Manager, and Senior Executive roles in human resources. Earlier experiences include roles in human resources at Wirtgen India Private Limited and IBM, as well as multiple HR Associate positions at Tata Motors. Akshata holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Labor and Industrial Relations from Indian Law Society's I.L.S.
