Johan Kjell

Johan Kjell currently serves as Co-founder and Chairman of the Board at Windon Energy Group AB since May 2023. With extensive experience in finance and strategic advisory roles, Johan has been an Investor and Strategic & Financial Advisor at Expassum AB since September 2007 and holds multiple chairmanships, including C2 Vertical Safety AB and Västra Hamnen Corporate Finance since April 2009 and December 2009, respectively. Previously, Johan founded and served as a member of the board at HODL SPAC Europe AB from October 2021 to May 2023, and held a board membership at Online Brands Nordic AB (publ) until October 2014. Career milestones also include the role of Head of M&A at If P&C Insurance from December 2003 to September 2007, and positions at Alfred Berg ABN AMRO and Deloitte & Touche earlier in the career.
