Sonny Sherazi

Sonny brings over 10 years of customer service excellence to Window Nation, specifically managing call centers and outbound marketing operations. His focus has been on implementing timely and smart solutions to help organizations excel at customer operations, but also proven strategies that support customers’ needs, too. At Window Nation, Sonny is responsible for managing the customer service department and call center. His main focus, as well as the team he oversees, is ensuring each and every customer knows how important they are to the company and that above all else, providing them with excellent support and service. Sonny earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Maryland and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Baltimore. He’s also a die-hard Ravens and Orioles fan.
