Jes Weinreich Holm

Jes Weinreich Holm is an experienced R&D Engineer with over two decades at WindowMaster, specializing in natural and hybrid ventilation, heat and smoke ventilation, sustainable building technologies, and building automation systems. Prior to this role, Jes worked at Chartec Laboratories A/S, focusing on intelligent battery chargers and electromagnetic compatibility, and at Lauritz Knudsen, where responsibilities included building automation and intelligent house control development. Jes holds a BSc in Electronics from Danmarks Ingeniør Akademi and a General Certificate of Education A-level in Mathematics and Physics from Bornholms Amtsgymnasium.
