Liz Fryer

Elizabeth Fryer, PT, DPT, CSCS, is the President and Owner of Smart PT, a Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Therapy center. Fryer received her physical therapy degree from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and her Doctorate degree from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University. With over 20 years of physical therapy experience, she has treated a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses. She holds a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Areas of focus include orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, most specifically on the hip, knee and shoulder. With her extensive background in neurological disorders and brain trauma, she is a sounding board to Windpact on the effects sports related injuries have on both the body and the mind.
