Maurice Kelly

Maurice Kelly has a diverse work experience, beginning with their current role as Director of Operations at Matchbox Charlottesville since 2019. Previously, they worked as Chief Innovation Officer at Windpact from 2014 to 2019, where they reported to the CEO and drove innovation capabilities across functions and geographies while improving business results. From 2004 to 2014, they served as a Navy Officer in the US Navy, where they devised operations plans and managed programs to provide information and support for critical decision-making. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at LMI in two roles: Director and Information Assurance Compliance Manager. As Director, they were selected by the CEO to elevate focused research efforts from soft skills to high analytics and drive innovation and strategic planning for the LMI Research Institute and other LMI programs. As Information Assurance Compliance Manager, they were appointed as the corporate's first Information Assurance Policy Manager and analyzed, developed, and maintained corporate Systems Security Plan.

Maurice Kelly received their Masters in Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 2002 and 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems for Management from Norfolk State University, which they completed between 1996 and 2000.
