Andy Taylor

Andy Taylor is an experienced software engineer and director with a strong background in educational technology and software development. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Windracers and a Director at NeuralTutor since April 2023, Andy drives strategic initiatives and ensures ethical compliance while leading product development in AI-powered education. Prior roles include transforming a flagship product at Operational Solutions Limited into a scalable microservices architecture and contributing to software development at QinetiQ's modelling and simulation center. Andy has also pursued academic studies, including a PhD candidate in particle physics at Royal Holloway, University of London, and holds an MPhys in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Sussex.
