Mr. Faso worked in healthcare investment banking at Cain Brothers, where he focused on strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital raises in the healthcare industry. Before joining Cain Brothers, Mr. Faso worked in technology investment banking at Shea & Company, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, and capital financings in the software industry. Mr. Faso received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Real Estate from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
