Oliver T. Moses

Oliver T. Moses serves as the Managing Partner of WindRose Health Investors and has spent the last 27 years as a healthcare industry investor and advisor. Prior to joining WindRose in 2006, Mr. Moses was a Director of Merrill Lynch’s healthcare investment banking group where he was responsible for advising leading healthcare companies on mergers, acquisitions, and capital structure strategies. Mr. Moses began his career at Merrill Lynch in 1994, and prior to joining the investment banking team, he was a healthcare-focused securities analyst in Merrill Lynch’s equity research department.

Mr. Moses currently serves on the board of directors of basis, MDsave, Shearwater Health, Trumpet Behavioral Health, Healthmap Solutions, and Workplace Options. Outside of his professional work, Mr. Moses is the Chairman and Founder of Haven Care, a health center that provides free healthcare to children in Liberia. He also serves as an elder of The Brick Presbyterian Church. He lives in New York City with his wife and two children.

Mr. Moses holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College.
