Amanda Stropes Lcsw

Amanda Stropes, LCSW has extensive work experience in the field of behavioral health. Amanda is currently serving as the Director of Behavioral Health at Windrose Health Network since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Indianapolis from August 2019. Amanda also held the position of Senior Director Outpatient Programs at Children's Bureau + Families First from March 2018 to March 2022. Before that, they worked at the Adult and Child Mental Health Center in various roles including Associate Director from October 2013 to March 2018, Team Leader from June 2011 to October 2013, Licensed Mental Health Professional from March 2009 to June 2011, and Clinician from November 2002 to March 2009.

Amanda Stropes, LCSW, holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Indiana University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Work at Indiana University from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their education, Amanda has obtained additional certifications. Amanda became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in December 2007 and recently completed the Tobias Leadership Program at IU, earning the Tobias Leadership Fellow certification in December 2021.
