Ashley Carroll, BSN, RN, currently serves as the Interim Director of Behavioral Health Services at LeaderStat, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Ashley was the Nurse Manager of Adult Behavioral Healthcare Services at SSM Health, providing clinical and strategic leadership for 44 beds and managing a staff of 63 FTEs.
