Igor Hilden

Igor Hilden has extensive work experience in manufacturing and operations management. Igor most recently served as the VP of Manufacturing at Windsor Door starting in December 2018. Prior to that, they were the Plant Manager at SMC Packaging Group from October 2016 to July 2018. Igor has also held roles as a Manufacturing Manager at At St. Jean Industries, Hackney Ladish, and Superior Graphite. Igor's earlier experience includes serving as an Operations Manager at Bosch Security Systems from May 2009 to December 2012. Before that, they worked as an Operations Management Consultant at BBK and as an Operations Manager/Engineering Manager at Engine Power Components. Igor began their career in the industry with Lear Corporation, where they held multiple positions between 1999 and 2003. Throughout their career, Igor has demonstrated leadership in implementing lean manufacturing practices, managing inventory controls, improving efficiencies, and ensuring quality and delivery expectations are met.

In 1979, Igor attended Berufsfachschule Bietigheim, where they earned an Associate's degree in Commercial purchasing. From 1980 to 1983, they studied at Carl Schaefer Schule Ludwigsburg, specializing in Tool and Die Technology/Technician, and obtained a degree in Tool & Die.

In 1990, Igor enrolled at Technische Fachschule Tochterman, earning a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from 1990 to 1993.

In 2002, Igor attended Lear to pursue further education in Six Sigma, completing the Six Sigma Green & Black Belt program.

In 2004, they briefly studied at Caterpillar, focusing on Six Sigma and achieving the Six Sigma Champion designation.
