Jason White is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Currently serving as the EVP, Chief Operations & Innovation Officer at Windsor Federal Bank since April 2024, Jason has previously held significant leadership roles at Berkshire Bank, including SEVP and EVP, Chief Information Officer, and SVP, Chief Technology Officer from May 2019 to April 2024. Prior to that, Jason was the Chief Information Officer & Information Security Officer at Savings Institute Bank and Trust from March 1999 to May 2019, and held the position of Network Administrator at American Savings Bank between January 1995 and March 1999. Jason's career began at First Bank of West Hartford as a Systems Support Specialist from August 1993 to January 1995.
