Andrew Stringfellow

Andrew Stringfellow is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership development, executive coaching, and facilitation. As the Director and Founder of Spencer Plunkett Ltd since January 2018, Stringfellow has contributed to various organizations, including The Resilience Formula as Head of Leadership Development and Windsor Leadership as a Facilitator. Additionally, Andrew serves as an Advisory Board Member for Caeli Nova and co-founded Second Peak Performance in early 2023. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Wellcop and Head of Coaching at Schonhofer. Andrew's extensive prior experience includes serving as a Roman Catholic Priest for over 16 years and Co-Founder of Safe Gorton. Stringfellow holds degrees in Philosophy, Theology, and a Licentiate in Moral Theology from prestigious institutions, including the Pontifical Gregorian University and Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas - Angelicum.
