W. James Tillett

W. James Tillett is the Chairman & COO at Windsor Strategy Partners. W. has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to joining Windsor, they were a Consultant at Munich Re Stop Loss, Inc. from January 2008 to September 2013. W. also served as the CEO of Entrepreneurial Ventures, LLC from January 2009 to September 2013. From February 1996 to December 2008, they were the Chairman, President & CEO of Cairnstone, Inc., a medical reinsurance company which they founded and grew from start-up to a $90 million company before selling it to Munich Reinsurance Company in September 2007. From October 1981 to February 1996, they were the President of Alden Risk Management Services (ARMS), an entrepreneurial division of John Alden Life Insurance Company which they founded. During their tenure at ARMS, they launched 2 dozen new business units for the company which grew to $225 million of revenues and 200 employees in 9 years. Prior to ARMS, they served as the Senior Vice President of John Alden Life Insurance Company from May 1981 to February 1996.

W. James Tillett completed a Bachelor of Arts in Classic Literature, Theirtory, and Religious Studies from the University of Miami. Afterward, they completed a SEP in Business Administration and Management, General from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
