Widalys Pastoriza

Widalys Pastoriza has extensive experience in learning and development within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Principal - Learning & Development at Windstream since November 2011. In this role, Widalys collaborates with sales teams to define strategic business goals and create onboarding and employee development programs. Prior to this, Widalys held various positions at PAETEC, including Senior Trainer and Trainer for National Sales Systems and Process, where responsibilities included developing training modules and acting as a subject matter expert in sales processes and software applications. Earlier career experience includes roles at PaeTec Communications and as an Assistant Manager at Nordstrom, complemented by a strong educational background in information technology and business administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology and Cittone Institute of Technology. Widalys also engaged in Toastmasters International, achieving the Competent Communicator designation.
