Anthony Gudrupis

Anthony Gudrupis currently serves as the Managing Director of Operations Leadership at Windstream Partners since September 2025, previously holding the Director of Operations position for Plum Island Partners. Prior experience includes roles at Centiva Capital from March 2022 to September 2025, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding and business analysis, as well as project management across various functions. Prior to Centiva, Anthony held multiple leadership and business analyst roles at Citadel from January 2019 to March 2022, facilitating the insourcing of global asset servicing teams and new platform development. Additional experience includes a managerial position at Och-Ziff Capital Management and a series of client services roles at Goldman Sachs. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John's University, completed in 2006.
