Alex Laubscher

Alex Laubscher is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as Deployed Engineer Manager at Windsurf since April 2024, Alex has previously held positions including Founding Engineer at Stealth Startup, focusing on AI agent integration, and Co-Founder at Mimo, specializing in enterprise data retrieval for AI agents. Prior experience includes roles as Founder's Associate at cargo.one, supporting the CEO and leading special projects, as well as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Bessemer Venture Partners and a Venture Capital Fellow. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics from The Johns Hopkins University.
