Ben Morabito

Ben Morabito has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Ben began their career in 1997 as a Systems Administrator at Beech Brook, where they designed, implemented, and administered LAN, WAN, and telecommunications networks. Ben also supervised help desk and technical personnel, and evaluated, recommended, and negotiated with vendors for all IT and telephony-related hardware and software.

In 2004, they moved to Advanced Network Solutions as the ASP Operations Manager. In this role, Ben was responsible for project planning, provisioning, documentation, and delivery of all ASP and related services. Ben also maintained and managed two datacenters, including design, provisioning, and technical issue resolution for over 130 servers and served over 500 customers.

In 2006, Ben became the Manager of Client Operations at Datatrak. Ben managed worldwide medical device, pharmaceutical, and bio-technology accounts and acted as a liaison between the sales team and operations team to provide customers a resource with a full breadth of knowledge. Ben also supervised, directed, and mentored a team of project managers responsible for delivering customized software on time, within budget, and with the highest quality.

In 2008, they moved to Momentive as a Program Manager. In this role, they drove Microsoft Services program spanning the areas of security, directory services, cloud applications, and identity management. Ben also managed a global infrastructure standardization program consisting of four international teams that replaced network hardware, implemented additional architecture into the existing environment, readdressed the business network, and implemented security controls.

In 2021, Ben joined Windval Technology Solutions LLC as a Senior Project Manager. Ben acquired multiple flawed workstreams in a complicated IT split and transformed both into models for other workstreams/project managers. Ben also drove a migration pilot outside of their immediate scope to confirm technical team proficiency and preparedness, while ensuring overall client success. Additionally, they successfully planned and executed location moves for critical business value assets with extensive dependencies across multiple infrastructure, application, and business areas.

Also in 2021, Ben co-founded Irreverent Rogue.

Ben Morabito received their Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Criminal Justice from The University of Akron between 1991 and 1997. Ben has since obtained additional certifications, including Project Value Management Professional II from Glomark-Governan in October 2018, CSM from the Scrum Alliance in May 2017, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from EXIN in November 2015, and PMP from the Project Management Institute in August 2015.
