Joseph Chau Pham

Joseph Chau Pham is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in network engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Architect at Windward Consulting since July 2014, Joseph has been instrumental in delivering the first software-defined wide area networking (SD-WAN) Proof-of-Concept to the Department of State. Previous roles include positions as Senior System Administrator at DMI, Executive Consultant for DISA at ZeNETeX, and Senior Software Engineer at Nexius Wireless, Inc. Joseph has demonstrated expertise in integrating and managing communication services, performance management tools, and telecom applications. Joseph holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer at Work and a B.A. in Biology from Wabash College.
