Debby Oguntuyi Noy is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at Windward since April 2022, Debby previously held the position of Head of Product Design at gettacar, where leadership, management, and recruitment of a professional design team were key responsibilities. Prior roles include Senior User Experience Designer at Comeet, where Debby managed independent designers and led innovative UX/UI projects, and Product Marketing Manager at Coolulu. Debby's creative expertise was also demonstrated as Creative Director at Creative Clicks and Matomy Media Group, focusing on team leadership and product improvement within technical and design constraints. Early in the career, ownership of OMG provided foundational experience in the design industry.
