Shany Shalev

Shany Shalev began their work experience as a Student Intern at Shabak - Israel Security Agency in 2003 and later transitioned into a Legal Internship role. They then worked as a Legal Counsel at Migdal Group from 2007 to 2010. In 2011, they joined Strauss Group Inc. as a Legal Counsel, where they drafted legal agreements and provided advice on various legal issues. In 2016, they became the Head of Legal - Israel at Strauss Group Inc., leading a team and overseeing commercial agreements, IP management, privacy regulation, and compliance. Shany Shalev's most recent role is as the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Windward since 2022.

Shany Shalev pursued their education at Reichman University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from 2001 to 2005. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree, specializing in Law. Later, they attended Reichman University from 2007 to 2009 to pursue a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, focusing on Business/Commerce, General.
