Kristen Mroz

Kristen Mroz is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting functions. Currently serving as Controller at Windy City Wire since March 2024, Kristen previously held the position of Assistant Controller - Shared Services at LRS from June 2023 to March 2024. Prior to these roles, Kristen was a Senior Manager in Accounting at Life Fitness and an Accounting Manager at Tribune Media, where notable contributions included leading corporate accounting functions and facilitating successful financial reports. Kristen's earlier career includes positions at International Paper as an Accounting Supervisor and Staff Accountant, demonstrating a strong foundation in cash applications and general accounting. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has completed an Accounting Studies Program at DePaul University.
