Jo Hargreaves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and research within the education and wine sectors. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Wine Australia since September 2017, Jo focuses on people development and culture, enhancing leadership skills among wine sector leaders, and fostering collaboration between industry and education. Previously, Jo held the position of Team Leader for Research Program Management at the National Centre for Vocational Education Research from August 1999 to September 2017, overseeing the research agenda and projects within vocational education. Additionally, Jo managed educational programs in agriculture and horticulture as Project Manager at the Rural Training Council of Australia from June 1992 to June 1997. Jo holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration (Policy) from Flinders University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and English Literature from La Trobe University.
