Rachel Chivers - Boothe

Rachel Chivers - Boothe is an accomplished art educator and artist with extensive experience in teaching and arts management. Since August 2017, Rachel has served as the Head of Fine & Performing Arts at Prince William County Public Schools, overseeing all aspects of the art department, collaborating on lesson plans, and managing a team of teachers. Rachel's diverse background includes work as an artist at Wine & Design, where teaching techniques and fostering creativity in students of all ages are key responsibilities. Prior experience includes an internship at Wine & Design Fredericksburg, roles in customer service at Potomac Point Winery and The Washington Plaza Hotel, and a position as a substitute teacher. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art from the University of Mary Washington and an Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Washington D.C.
