Renée Dale is a seasoned professional in the wine industry, currently serving as Talent & Culture Manager at Wine-Searcher since July 2022, where key responsibilities include leading the HR department to ensure compliance and best practices. Additionally, Renée holds the position of Director at Boutique Connection, which focuses on promoting New Zealand’s boutique wines and provides a wine subscription service. As the Winemaker and Owner of Moi Wines and Co-Founder of Winery Doors Ltd., Renée contributes to capturing the essence of wine regions through photography and retail initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Winemaker at WestBrook Winery, Winemaker at WineWorks, and various positions across notable wineries, with educational qualifications in Wine Science from the Eastern Institute of Technology.
