Gabriela Saldivia is a seasoned audio producer and journalist with extensive experience in the podcasting and broadcasting industry. Currently serving as Senior Producer for the Lost Women of Science Initiative and Producer for Wine Spectator's podcast, Straight Talk, Gabriela has held various roles including Managing Editor for NPR's Next Generation Radio Project and Podcast Producer for Cureate®. Gabriela's previous positions at NPR involved significant contributions as Reporter and Producer across multiple shows, showcasing expertise in audio production, editing, and bilingual content creation. Educationally, Gabriela holds a degree in Journalism, Spanish, and Documentary Film from Michigan State University, complemented by leadership experience as Station Manager at Impact 89FM, where achievements included winning the Michigan Association of Broadcasters Station of the Year in 2015.
