Nathan Fairwell has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nathan started their career at DBI Beverage in 2007, first as a Sales Account Manager and later as a District Manager, supervising a team of Sales Account Managers. Nathan then joined MillerCoors in 2012, where they worked as a Sales Rep./Sales Management Program and eventually became a Sales Rep. Lead, managing seven distributors in Northern California. During their time at MillerCoors, they played a significant role in elevating four Sales Management Program participants to larger roles within the company. In 2019, they joined Molson Coors as a Space Field Specialist, leading schematic projects and providing expertise and counsel on space management and assortment. Following that, they worked at RNDC as a Category Consultant, responsible for increasing business and developing strategies for specific chains. Currently, they are employed at Wine Warehouse California as an Independent Retail/On Premise Sales Rep., where they focus on implementing sales strategies and delivering presentations to decision-makers.

Nathan Fairwell obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Sacramento State College of Business Administration, majoring in Political Science and Government. Nathan attended the college from 2001 to 2004.
