Jeff Carroll

Jeff Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Partners and Compliance at WineDirect, a position they have held since February 2023. Previously, Jeff was a Board Member at Free the Grapes! starting from January 2018. From December 2019 to January 2023, they were the General Manager, Avalara for Beverage Alcohol, and before that, they served as the Product Management Director at Avalara for Beverage Alcohol from January to December 2019. Jeff also worked at ShipCompliant as the VP Product from June 2014 to March 2016, and as VP Strategy & Compliance from January 2006 to March 2016. Additionally, they have experience as a Product Manager at Six88 Solutions from June 2005 to January 2006, and as a Managing Partner at Entrepreneurial Solutions, LLC from April 2004 to May 2005. Jeff started their career as an Embedded Software Design Engineer at Plexus from July 1999 to July 2003, and as a Network Consultant at Electronica y Tecnicos Consultores from May to August 1997.

Jeff Carroll obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship and Operations at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, attending from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, in April 2020, they earned a certification in "Motivating Your Team to Learn" from LinkedIn.
