Jessica Silvius Smith

Jessica Silvius Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica started their career in 2007 at Rabobank as a Customer Service Representative III, where they worked till 2011. In 2013, they joined Chronic Cellars as an Assistant Tasting Room Manager and worked there until 2014. Following that, they worked as a Marketing Assistant at Trust Automation from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2019, they held various roles at Opolo Vineyards, including Wine Club & Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing: Wine Club & Online Sales. Currently, they are working at WineDirect, where they started as an Account Manager in 2019 and has progressed to the roles of Senior Enterprise Success Manager and currently, the Senior Manager of Enterprise Success.

Jessica Silvius Smith completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing, from Northern Arizona University in the years 2011-2013. Prior to that, they attended Cuesta College, where they earned an AA in Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, Jessica has obtained certifications in Level 2 Wines & Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in October 2018 and AdWords Fundamentals from Google in April 2018.
