Kiffin McCoy-Albert

Kiffin McCoy-Albert, MBE, CPTD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and development across various industries. Currently serving as Owner and Principal Consultant at Kiffin & Company since April 2024, Kiffin also holds the position of Senior Wine Consultant at WineShop At Home since January 2015. Previously, Kiffin founded ASTERA Business Solutions, focused on developing and delivering training, and held multiple roles at Emcara Health and PopHealthCare as Director of Learning and Development. Kiffin began a career in training with HCA, STORE OPENING SOLUTIONS, INC., and the Epilepsy Foundation of Southeast Tennessee, significantly contributing to training programs and services. Kiffin earned a Master of Business Education in Corporate Training and Development from Middle Tennessee State University and a B.A. in Psychology from Judson College.
