Nancy Manisco

Nancy Manisco is an experienced professional in both the real estate and wine industries. Since August 2011, Nancy has served as a Group Leader and Independent Wine Consultant with WineShop at Home, specializing in in-home and in-business wine tasting events. Prior to this, Nancy held several positions in real estate, including Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from January 2013 to January 2016, where an active real estate career concluded in favor of focusing on the wine business. Nancy's extensive background also includes roles as a Broker Associate at Remax Suburban from December 2003 to January 2013, and as a Broker Associate at Keller Williams Realty from August 1997 to December 2003, where responsibilities included training agents and facilitating home sales. Nancy’s real estate journey began as a Realtor at Quinland and Tyson from 1982 to 1985, following an education at Harper College from 1976 to 1982.
