Tayfun Bayar

Tayfun Bayar is an experienced professional in casino operations and gaming marketing, currently serving as the Director of Casino Operations at Winford Manila Resort and Casino since October 2022. Prior to this role, Tayfun held the position of Director of Gaming Marketing at Resorts World Manila from January 2021 to October 2022 and Director of Gaming Operations & Marketing at Winford Manila Resort and Casino from August 2017 to January 2021. Tayfun has a background in managing gaming activities, staff training, and operational oversight, having served as Casino Shift Manager at Casinos Austria International, where responsibilities included staff recruitment and VIP activity management. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Casino Manager at Princess and General Manager at Pasha Global, overseeing comprehensive operations across multiple departments. Tayfun began a career in the gaming industry in May 2007 as Assistant Casino Manager at Pashagaming, focusing on financial reporting and staff management. Education was completed at Salih dede high school in Izmir, graduating in 1994.
