Amit Anand

Amit Anand has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Amit is currently working as the Director of Data Analytics at Wing, a position they have held since December 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Data & Analytics at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited from June 2018 to October 2020. In this role, they were responsible for managing projects, training, and presenting analytics outcomes to senior stakeholders. Amit also played a key role in setting up the Data & Analytics function at the bank, including creating analytics data mart and implementing risk, collection, and marketing propensity scorecards.

Before joining Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited, Amit worked as a Manager in Retail Banking Analytics at Standard Chartered Bank from September 2015 to June 2018. Amit also gained experience in analytics as a Manager (Analytics- GPS) at IBM from July 2013 to September 2015, and as a Lead Assistant Manager at Inductis from September 2010 to June 2013.

Amit's career in analytics started at ICICI Bank, where they served as a Manager from February 2008 to September 2010. In this role, they handled MIS, predictive modeling, and CRM analytics for various portfolios. Amit then worked as a Software Engineer at Infosys from January 2007 to February 2008, where they gained experience in programming languages such as J2EE and PL/SQL. Amit began their professional journey as an Assistant Manager at Bharat Forge Ltd from July 2005 to December 2006.

Amit Anand completed their B-Tech in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their 10+2 education in Maths + Science from R.K.D. College, Patna.
