Hou Sidany

Hou Sidany is the Head of Business HR at Wing Bank, where they lead recruitment and talent management efforts to ensure the right individuals are hired and retained. In addition to their current role, they serve as a Recruitment & Talent Management Supervisor at Wing (Cambodia) Limited since 2012 and have held the position of HR Business Partner there since 2015. Prior to their work at Wing, they served as an Advocacy & Network Officer and Admin & Finance Officer at the Youth Council of Cambodia from 2003 to 2012. Hou earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the National University of Management and a Master of Business Administration in Public Administration from the Royal University of Law and Economy.
