Rajeev Munasinghe

Rajeev Munasinghe has over 20 years of work experience in various technology roles. Rajeev is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Wing since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President - Information Technology (CIO) at National Development Bank PLC (NDB) from April 2018 to September 2021. Before joining NDB, they held the position of Vice President / Head of ICT at Union Bank of Colombo PLC from January 2013 to March 2018. Rajeev also worked at Union Bank of Colombo as the Asst. Vice President / Head of ICT from July 2008 to December 2012. Rajeev gained experience as the Asst General Manager /Head of IT at LB Finance from February 2007 to July 2008. Earlier in their career, they served as the Head of IT at Next Sourcing Limited from March 2005 to February 2007 and as the Manager - IT at H. Don Carolis and Sons Limited from April 2003 to February 2005. Rajeev also worked as an IT Consultant at Standard Chartered Bank Middle East and South Asia from January 2001 to March 2003 and as a Software Engineer/Team Leader at JBA Software Private limited from 1998 to 2001.

Rajeev Munasinghe completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at the University of Bedfordshire from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc in Information Technology from Keele University from 2004 to 2006. Rajeev also attended NIBM from 1996 to 1998, although the degree and field of study are unknown. Rajeev Munasinghe also studied at D.S Senanayake College, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
