Currently serving as General Manager at Wing & Barrel Ranch since May 2025, Victoria has demonstrated leadership in various roles across esteemed establishments, including as Estate Director at Viansa Winery and Marketplace from September 2018 to June 2025, and General Manager at Ramekins Culinary School, Events & Inn from September 2014 to September 2018. Previous positions include Director of Operations at Levy Restaurants, Events Director at Scott Howard Events & Catering, and Director of Catering at Kinyon! Culinary + Events, as well as at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa and Sacramento Capital Club.
