Scott Williams has a diverse work experience, primarily in the fields of defense strategy, business development, and consulting. Scott is currently working as the VP Defense Strategy BD at Wing Group, where they focus on defense strategy and business development. Previously, they founded Galloglas Consulting, providing professional consulting services to guide product development in military and law enforcement sectors. Prior to that, Scott served as the Business Development Director at Survitec Group Ltd., leading efforts to develop bespoke products for military and law enforcement customers. Scott has also worked as the Director of Tactical Applications at Blackfish, where they developed solutions for enhancing survivability in high-pressure situations. Scott's earlier experience includes roles at Neptune, Polartec, the US Army Natick Soldier Research, Development, and Engineering Center, and the U.S. Navy, where they served as a SEAL.

Scott Williams pursued their education from 1980 to 2004 in the military, specializing in the art of warfare. Following this, they attended USSOCOM Acquisition from 2005 to 2011, acquiring a degree in Better Buying Power, DoD, with a focus on government acquisition and program management.
