Deirdre Director

Deirdre Director is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Wing since April 2024. Previously, Deirdre held various roles at Google, including Global People Partner for Compute/Devices & Services and Lead People Partner for Fitbit, where responsibilities included leadership coaching and implementing talent strategies during the Fitbit acquisition. Prior to Google, Deirdre was a Senior Director of Human Resources at Fitbit, focusing on organizational transformation and operational efficiency. Deirdre's earlier career includes extensive experience at Advent Software, where as Director of Human Resources Business Partners, leadership was provided across global HR functions during a significant acquisition. Deirdre began the HR career journey at LANSystems, Inc., holding increasing responsibilities in human resources. Deirdre holds a BA in Communications and Theater from Muhlenberg College.
