Bart Dudek

Bart Dudek has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Bart currently works as a Security Technical Lead at Wing, starting in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Citi from 2014 to 2021 as a Security Tech Lead, responsible for application penetration testing and identifying flaws in systems, applications, networks, and cloud configurations. From 2013 to 2014, Bart worked as a Cyber Security Advisor at TransUnion, where they enhanced security tools and provided support for IT incidents and forensic exams. Bart served as an Information Security Officer at BMO Harris Bank from 2011 to 2012, overseeing application code flaw detection and managing malware infection analysis. Before that, Bart worked at TransUnion as an Information Security Examiner/Investigator from 2007 to 2011, conducting internal and external investigations, forensic exams, and anomaly detection. Bart briefly held the position of IS Security Supervisor at Mayer Brown in 2007, leading malware and incident response efforts. Bart also worked as an Information Security Advisor at BMO Harris Bank from 2003 to 2007, providing technical expertise and managing host-based intrusion detection. Bart began their career at United Airlines in 1995, holding multiple roles and eventually specializing in penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and incident response management.

Bart Dudek has a Bachelor's Degree in Professional/Business Studies from Roosevelt University, which was obtained in 2001. In terms of additional certifications, they are a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)², which they obtained in February 2007. Bart is also a GIAC Certified Penetration Tester (GPEN) from the SANS Institute, which they obtained in March 2019.
