Cynthia Bianco

Cynthia Bianco, Senior Vice President, has over 35 years of property management experience. She oversees a large mixed-use and affordable housing portfolio in GA, MA, AL and FL. Her expertise of property management includes working with numerous housing finance agencies and third party property owners and investors in a variety of for profit, non-profit and resident controlled housing developments. She is responsible for all aspects of property management oversight including, personnel development, annual budgeting, cost control, maintenance, capital planning, administrative procedures and compliance with program rules. She works closely with owners and developers to ensure compliance with newly developed LIHTC properties. Cynthia has a history of improving overall site operations at troubled developments.
