Darcy Ward

Darcy Ward is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and consulting within the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Senior Portfolio Controller at Wingate Companies since December 2017, Darcy previously held positions as Portfolio Controller at Wingate Management, Controller at The Kane Company, and Winthrop Management, among others. With a strong background in managing financial operations and leading teams, Darcy has overseen numerous large-scale commercial and residential real estate projects. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance and an MS in Real Estate Management from Bentley College, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University.
