Colin Vaughan

Colin Vaughan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and project management within the banking sector. Currently serving as Executive Director of Operations, Director of Funds Management, and Senior Project Consultant at Wingate since January 2021, Colin focuses on transformation project delivery and platform growth initiatives. Previous roles at NAB from 1995 to 2020 include Senior Manager for Strategy, Transformation & Enablement, where Colin led critical change programs across Corporate & Institutional Banking, as well as various leadership positions within Asia, including Head of Business Management and Program Director. Colin's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from the University of Southern Queensland, a Master's degree from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Certificate of Change Management from PROSCI, and ongoing education at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
