Thomas Mifsud

Thomas Mifsud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and sales management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Wingate since November 2023, Thomas co-founded Gardenia and held the position of Head of Sales and Operations at OneTwo Home Loans from October 2021 to October 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at NAB, where Thomas was a Senior Consultant in Small Business Connections and Communities as well as the Head of Direct Banking for Small Business. Thomas's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business Analytics from the University of Technology Sydney, complemented by an MBA from Victoria University and a Bachelor's degree in Financial Risk Management/International Trade from the same institution.
